Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Processing time varies based on the item and order volume. Most standard items ship within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom engraved orders may take longer—please email us if you have a specific timeline in mind.

  • All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your package is on the way.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If there’s an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at chris@pryorvillewc.com with a description and photo—we’ll do our best to make it right.
